PHASE 1 — CONNECTORS
Connector Catalogue
Every machine on your site speaks a different language. Connectors translate that into data CalibrAIte can classify.
How It Works
01
Identify your machine
Search below by machine type, make, or model. Every major mining OEM is covered — Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Epiroc, OKA.
02
Get the right connector
Each entry tells you exactly what hardware you need: J1939 diagnostic port type, pin-out, voltage, and where to buy the parts.
03
Wire it to a telematics gateway
Follow the wiring guide to connect a gateway (CalAmp, MiX, Samsara). The gateway reads the machine's CAN bus and pushes data over 4G to CalibrAIte.
04
Data flows automatically
Once wired, the gateway auto-sends telemetry to our API. No manual uploads. No mine network access needed. The connector pushes — we receive and classify.

(CalibrAIte receives + classifies)
For proximity (Hexagon) and fatigue (Seeing Machines):
These are mine-fitted systems. They push via their own cloud APIs.
CalibrAIte receives all sources → converges into one picture per vehicle.Push-based architecture:CalibrAIte never touches your OT network. The connector hardware sits on the vehicle's diagnostic port and pushes data outbound. Your mine network stays completely untouched. That's why deployment takes days, not months.
