Mining software, automation and systems engineering

Software built around the mine. Not around a generic demo.

CalibrAIte works alongside mining teams to build practical software and automated workflows around existing systems, then maintains the delivered capability inside the environment the customer controls.

See delivered systems

Useful software starts with the operation's approved context.

Generic software does not know the mine's assets, locations, work orders, operating rules, event priorities or accountable people. CalibrAIte connects the approved systems, builds the workflow and preserves the evidence without taking operational authority away from the site.

The result is not a fixed product. It is a tailored operational capability built from reusable CalibrAIte technology and configured against the customer's systems, permissions, workflows and measurable outcome.

Reusable technology beneath tailored delivery.

CalibrAIte LEIL

Live event intelligence tailored to the mine.

LEIL connects approved source outputs, resolves the affected asset and location, correlates related signals, applies site-specific rules and routes one reviewable event to the accountable role.

  • FMS, OEM, safety, maintenance and site-system context
  • Site-specific event classes and escalation
  • Human ownership, replay and audit evidence

CalibrAIte SiteBank

Mining knowledge, documents and evidence in one approved workspace.

SiteBank grounds questions and document work in approved site knowledge, preserves citations and access boundaries, and turns completed work into reusable evidence for reporting and audits.

  • Grounded mine-site questions and drafting
  • Role-separated knowledge and document access
  • Evidence lineage, review and audit preparation

Questions about CalibrAIte delivery.

What does CalibrAIte build for mines?

CalibrAIte builds software that retrieves approved context, compares records, prepares work, checks readiness, routes actions, monitors progress and preserves evidence. LEIL and SiteBank are reusable examples beneath the broader engineering service.

What can be automated?

A bounded workflow can collect approved context, classify an event, route it to the right role, draft a report and preserve evidence. Permissions and human approval rules remain set by the mine.

Does CalibrAIte replace existing FMS, SAP, OEM or safety systems?

Not by default. CalibrAIte reads customer-approved outputs from existing systems and adds context, correlation, routing and evidence around the work. Source ownership and operational authority remain with the mine and its vendors.

Can CalibrAIte run on premises or in OpenShift?

Yes. CalibrAIte is designed for customer-controlled deployment using approved VMs, private cloud, Docker, Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift, subject to the customer's architecture and security review.

Where is CalibrAIte based?

CalibrAIte Pty Ltd is based in Perth, Western Australia and focuses on mining software, workflow automation, live event intelligence and systems delivery.

Bring the operating problem, not a software shopping list.

CalibrAIte will identify the accountable owner, approved systems, current baseline and the smallest site-specific capability worth building.
