The gateway between mine-site systems and operational action.
The Engine Gateway receives authorised data from existing systems, converts it into a universal event schema, and returns risk-scored, routed outputs without taking operational control.
Book demoCalibrAIte connects the stack a site already owns.
Fleet management, OEM health, IVMS, CAS, SCADA, fatigue, contractor, drone, fixed plant and resource feeds can all land in one governed gateway. CalibrAIte preserves the raw input, normalises the event, classifies it, correlates it and routes the outcome.
What it connects
Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi, IVMS, CAS, SCADA, fatigue, drones, ERP, CMMS, fixed plant and contractor systems where source access is approved.
What it produces
Normalised events, risk scores, correlation groups, role assignments, replay packages, evidence packs, reports and audit records.
What it does not do
It does not replace MineStar, FrontRunner, SCADA, dispatch, autonomous controls or human authority. CalibrAIte is read-only intelligence and routing.
OpenShift wedge
For clients with Red Hat procurement already in place, CalibrAIte can ship as governed containers into their existing OpenShift pathway.
Source bridge
Per-source credentials, IP allow-listing and profile mapping sit before the engine so every input is authorised and traceable.
Universal contract
Events are resolved into site id, source id, asset id, event type, timestamp, location, metrics, severity and source payload.
Output options
Outputs can feed dashboards, reports, APIs, webhooks, Kafka-compatible topics or role response screens.
Pilot path
The first paid pilot should prove one site, one fleet or one use case end to end before expanding nodes and feeds.
