Western Australia is the mining capital of the world. We're building AI that's calibrated to the specific regulations, conditions, and risks of WA mine sites.

Design and build the machine learning models that power our safety RAG pipeline. You'll work with retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation systems to deliver accurate, regulation-grounded AI outputs for the mining industry.

Build the platform our mining customers rely on every day. You'll own features end-to-end — from database schema to UI — across our incident reporting, compliance, and analytics products using Next.js, TypeScript, and modern infrastructure.

Bridge the gap between AI and the real world. You'll bring deep knowledge of WA mining safety regulations, DMPE compliance, and site operations to shape our product, validate AI outputs, and ensure everything we build actually works on-site.

Lead our go-to-market strategy and build relationships with mining companies across Western Australia. You'll drive pilot partnerships, close enterprise deals, and help us grow from early traction to market leadership in mining safety AI.
